by on 05-30-2010 at 08:00 PM (Staying On Focus)
It's been an amazing six weeks, with fifteen action labs running concurrently, all focused on making change happen within one organisation. It's been amazing because our approach to changing and transforming organisations seems to work - and resoundingly so, judging by the more than 2,000 concepts for change we received.

As per today, Friday, June 11th we completed all workshops and are now processing all entries to produce a 'clean' charter of submissions that doesn't include duplications ...

Each time I watch this clip I think of the impossibility of possibility. Or the other way around. If I were a betting man and had to predict the outcome of this experiment I would have gone for failure.

However, as soon as party dust settled down here at GBLCG.com we got straight into the ...
  5. War and Business Change - What's The Connection?

by on 03-13-2010 at 09:13 PM (Staying On Focus)
It’s Saturday night 10:32 and I am sitting somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere writing about the Action Labs I plan to launch for a number of my clients. Being aware you may not know what I am talking about I nonetheless decided to submit my thinking to this blog - somehow hoping you'd return to it later to see what I mean...

At this very minute I am putting words to keyboard on how Action Labs can make significant differences to how company’s execute their change and business transformation ...
