It’s Saturday night 10:32 and I am sitting somewhere in the Southern Hemisphere writing about the Action Labs I plan to launch for a number of my clients. Being aware you may not know what I am talking about I nonetheless decided to submit my thinking to this blog - somehow hoping you'd return to it later to see what I mean...

At this very minute I am putting words to keyboard on how Action Labs can make significant differences to how company’s execute their change and business transformation programmes. Specifically, how Action Labs put executive noses on the things they must accept before they can ascent higher grounds of competitiveness, profitability and, specifically, where it concerns Public Sector Organisations, cost effectiveness and service delivery.

Suddenly I connect business change, however defined, with armed conflict, revolution and war; with the way rapid Change often seems to happen in the ‘real’ world.

Is this connection relevant? Is it meaningful?

My mind wonders back to a little book I bought years ago, probably at an airport, which, as I remember, deals with this connection – if there’s any, for I cannot remember. I remember reading this book on a flight and becoming engrossed in it.

Guess I better check out my home library and, when found, start re-reading this publication to find the answers to my own questions.
If I can find a connection, however vague, I’ll get back to this.

Frustrating. I am now intrigued but have to wait until I find it. My mind doesn’t seem to understand that; prompting me to think deeper and further about this topic.
