    Recently, OBQRA Value Mapping has proven itself again to be a meaningful method to rapidly gather an organisation’s change, transformation and innovation requirements. Following three years of development and design we were given a sixth opportunity to demonstrate its powers to, yet again, harness the complexities of a large-scale change programme.

    Years ago, when working alongside an e-Learning development team, I learned that it’s important to get at least two things ‘right’ when managing a website: Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. Writing either of them is a challenging task, and, as I experienced these last few weeks, getting them ‘right’ is a nearby impossible undertaking, particularly when you’re not a subject matter expert and, quite frankly, when compiling such stuff seems nothing but a waste of time and effort.
