Any communication that's fails to inspire, entertain and inform you should immediately be dunked into a recycle bin and un-subscribed of. When unsubscribing you don't delete your personal information - your name and email address - from our mail list but instruct our mail system to omit your address when we send our next mails. Regularly, we delete these tagged details from our list manually. There are two reasons for this. First, we consider personal details of people who don't want us to use them a liability. Although we take utmost care in securing and protecting all personalised information, details we don't need to keep are deleted and forgotten about.
